ProXR/XRS GPS (Item # 29756-05)
The ProXR (12-channel with TDC1 or TSC1 dataloggers) with Maxwell technology produces submeter positions from the first second. Position accuracy rests in the lower half of the submeter range with initial accuracy at 50cm to 75cm. Accuracy to 1cm is possible with special software.
The ProXR/XRS in combination with the new Pathfinder software allows submeter accuracy at a range of up to 125 miles from a base station. In many cases, submeter accuracy can be maintained well beyond 125 miles. The new accuracy has 1ppm error compared to the 10ppm error associated with the older Pro which resulted in an error of one meter for each 60 miles from a base station.
Other ProXR/XRS features include the option of an integrated Coast Guard Beacon receiver, satellite real-timeDGPS from two service providers (XRS only), manual or automatic offsets, ESP for connection to Laser and other instruments for positioning and data inputs.
