Trimble Geo XT/XM Systems  New! 

Trimble has just introduced the GeoExplorer CE series featuring a unique combination of GPS and Window's CE operating systems.  The new generation  of GeoExplorer with TerraSync datalogger software offers models available to suit any mapping field requirements: 

• The Geo XT is a submeter receiver with EVEREST multipath rejection technology. It's ideal for working under canopy, in urban canyons, or anywhere that require high-accuracy data collection and maintenance.
 
• The Geo XM is a 2 to 5 meter receiver with reliable, real-time corrections into a mobile GIS applications.  Both systems feature:
  
  • Cabled, real-time differential correction with the Beacon-on-a-Belt (BoB). 
    
  • WAAS DGPS is integrated with CE series for free real-time data collection.
    
  • High resolution color touch screen for real-time map display for Navigation or data maintenance and background files in raster or vector formats. 
    
  • Internal non-volatile Flash memory data storage up to 512 MB.
    
  • Voice recorder and half duplex speaker.
    
  • Available with or without TerraSync datalogger software.

  You can create data dictionaries, do GIS file transfer, and view/edit feature and attribute.  GEO XT accuracy with post processing carrier phase differential correction is 30 cm.  Supports TerraSync or ArcPad software.   GPS Correct as an ArcPad extension enables post processing differential correction.   

  Trimble offers standalone Geo XM and Geo XT versions without Pathfinder Office or datalogging software.  Ideal for those who want to make their own CE datalogger software selection.
